Apply for a Physician Assistant Specialty: Health Care License

The following requirements must be met:

  • Active Utah Physician Assistant License
  • Completion of approved education program that meets the requirements of UCA 58-70a-501.1 (1)(c)
  • Completion of at least 10,000 hours of clinical practice
