Proposed Rule Changes & Public Hearing Notices

The following list includes proposed changes to DOPL's administrative rules for its various occupations and professions. They are provided as a courtesy only. The official version of the proposed changes can be found on the Utah Administrative Rules website.

Utah law allows public input during a 30-day public comment period which begins on the filing date. Input may be submitted via the respective e-mail addresses listed below; in writing to P.O. Box 146741, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114-6741; or in person at the Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South (1st Floor Main Lobby), Salt Lake City.
