Changes in Law and Rule Examination

Effective June 1, 2007 the following professions are no longer required to take a separately administered Utah Law and Rules examination:

•  APRN
•  CRNA
•  Pharmacy Technicians
•  Physician Assistants
•  Physicians and Surgeons
•  Osteopathic Physician and Surgeon
•  Podiatric Physician

The Utah Law and Rules examination is now included in the application packet for licensure and should be completed and submitted at the time of application.
